Violations: Seven high-risk violations. Rodent dropping in display equipment, hot holding unit and inside storage area. Owner cannot safely manage pest control. No sanitizer on dish rags. Hot holding at improper temperature. Water on floor in prep area. Cold holding inadequate and not labeled correctly. Ice buildup in freezer. Ice scoop, can opener and ice machine had food build up and metal shavings. Paint stored in food prep area. No paper towels in restroom. Butter container not cleaned after each use. Two moderate risk violations. Heavy food build up on walls and vents. Grease on vents. Seal on upright freezer is degrated and not proper for freezer. One low-risk violation. Damaged tile throughout facility.

Violations: One high-risk violation. Employee private cookware must be stored away from bar area and bar storage area. Two moderate-risk violations. Thermometers in the reach-ins are old and worn, must replace with new ones. Chlorine test strips were not available. Two low-risk violations. The bar area floor is filthy. Lots of bottle caps littered across the floor. The floor under the three-compartment sink is not sealed.

Violations: Sixteen violations (Levels of violation not specified). Wash station had wash cloth bucket in sink. Fans have dust and mold build up. Ice scoop needs to be in washable container. Pizza oven had heavy carbon build up. Employees not wearing gloves while handling food. Employees do not wear hair restraints. Sandwich press has grease build up. Food build up in range hood. Chemicals stored over food and prep area and sink. No label on chemical bottle found in prep area. Feta cheese held at improper temperature. Some food labeled out of seven-day shelf life and had to be destroyed. Dust and food build up on spice rack. Water bottle filling station has particle build up and needs to be cleaned. Six inch gap needed between the floor and food product. Dented cans mixed in with good stock.
