Date inspected: Feb. 25
Violations: Eleven total violations (Level of violation not specified): Light in prep area unprotected. Missing base covering in various areas. Opening in wall around storage area door. Ceiling not smooth, plaster coating ruptured with fiberglass exposed in prep area. No sanitizer test kits. Peeling paint on wall near hot holding area. Worn paint at front service area. Inadequate light in prep areas. Rafters and utility lines exposed not easy to clean. Hand sink access difficult with equipment close by. Service area hand sink is in poor condition. Last two violations were corrected.

Violations: Twelve total violations (Level of violation not specified): Hand sink cluttered with dirty utensils, employees should not wash utensils in hand sink. Numerous produced without approved operational plan and labels. No base covering in many areas. Inadequate light in walk in cooler and prep areas. Exterior opening in screen door not tight fitting. Equipment stored along outside walls. Unused storage areas and floors behind equipment have accumulated particles. Walk in cooler not sealed to wall, open area not accessible for cleaning. Ceiling improper not easily cleanable. Rafters and utility lines exposed not easy to clean. Lights not shielded properly.

Violations: Thirteen total violations (Level of violation not specified): Not sanitizing surfaces as required. Flour held on pallets must be six inches off the floor. Excess equipment held in facility. Floors have particle accumulation. Walls and ceiling not light in color. Lights not shielded. Floors not sealed. No base covers on light fixtures. Toilet room door held open. Exterior door not self closing. Large mixers not properly mounted. Floors have particle accumulation below and behind equipment. Bare wood exposed below hand sink. Mouse dropping found in storage areas.

Violations: Four high-risk violations. No paper towels at hand washing station. Pesticides cans in prep area. Ice scoop stored on unclean surface, bottled water in ice machine, ice build up in freezer. Heavy grease build up in vent over grill. One moderate-risk violations. Door handles have food build up and dust build up on pans.

Violations: Eight high-risk violations. Milk stored in ice machine, raw meat stored above vegetables. Food stored in restroom. No hand soap available. Cold food heated improperly. Frozen pork for home use. Wet rag out of sanitizer pan. Hot foods holding at inadequate temperatures. Ice scoop had food build up, hair in holding food, grease and dust over food. Two moderate-risk violations. Surfaces have food and grease build up. Floor in walk in is rusted. Three low-risk violations. No hair net in food prep area. No light fixture out over stove hood. Ceiling tiles exposed over prep area.

Señor Murphy Candymaker, 1904 Chamisa St.
Date inspected: March 7
Violations: Four high-risk violations. Dented cans mixed in with good stock. Ice scoops stored on top of boxes. Water pooling on the floor from walk in freezer. Pesticide stored with cleaning chemicals. Drain lines for food prep sink and cream beater is directly connected to the drainage system. Three moderate-risk violations. All sides of food equipment have food build up, wood and flaking painted equipment shall be made smooth, nonabsorbent, easy to clean and non-toxic. Vents and fans have dust build up. No test kits for sanitizer. One low-risk violation. Food storage items stored on floor, must be six inches off the ground.
