Vacuum packaging not proper way to store food, reduced oxygen packaging must be approved by HACCP plan. CO2 equipment stored in restroom. Soap dispenser is a squeeze bottle, no paper towels in restroom. Heavy old food and grime build up on bread and chip warmer equipment. Employee drink has the potential to cross contaminate food prep area. Two moderate-risk violations. Rusted shelves in walk in refrigerator shall be made smooth, non-absorbent to clean and non-toxic.
