Violations: Three high-risk violations. Food temperatures in danger zone. Drain line to floor has a leak in prep area. Employee drinks could cross-contaminate food prep area. Four moderate-risk violations. Top of food equipment has food and dust build up. Improper use of three-compartment sink. One low-risk violation. Employees have no hair restraints, nets or hats.

Violations: Three high-risk violations. No paper towels at hand washing station in men’s restroom. Hand washing station has dishes in it. Cross-contamination of on vegetables stored on top of trash can. All high-risk violations were corrected at the time of inspection. Two moderate-risk violations. All sides of equipment has dust build up and water pooling on floors under sinks. Vents have dust and mold on them. Crows eating out of grease vessel, lids to trash can are open.
