April 23

8:09 a.m. – A 47-year-old Los Alamos man reported someone stole his flat-bed trailer parked on Eastgate Drive. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

12:29 p.m. – Joseph Gutierrez, 44, of Española was arrested near Connie and Cheryl streets and charged with unlawful use of a driver’s license – driving when privilege to so has been suspended or revoked.

April 24

11:28 p.m. – A Los Alamos National Laboratory employee reported the theft of a mini-fridge and microwave oven from a Technical Area site at 1650 Trinity Drive. The estimated loss is $250.

4:36 p.m. – A worker reported the theft of his jackets, keys and camera from a construction site on Airport Basin Road. His keys, camera and one jacket were later recovered and a suspect has been identified. The estimated loss is $610.

April 25

11:26 a.m. – A 41-year-old Los Alamos man reported someone egged and damaged the paint on his vehicle parked at the Gold Street Apartments. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

3:08 p.m. – A 36-year-old Los Alamos man reported a burglary from the workshop at his home in the 1000 block of Piñon Loop. The estimated loss is $250.

April 26

1:06 a.m. – Karl Rutten, 24, of Albuquerque was arrested and charged with battery on a household member at 112 Carlsbad Avenue.

11:33 a.m. – Martha Yost, 53, of 2025 East Jemez Road was the victim of an unattended death for which the cause is yet to be determined.

2 p.m. – A 14-year-old Los Alamos boy was charged with criminal damage of property for spraying graffiti at Rocket Ship Park. He was referred to the juvenile probation officer. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

2:47 p.m. – Andy Martinez, 26, of San Juan was arrested on Trinity Drive on an outstanding warrant.

April 27

5:10 p.m. – A 29-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being the victim of battery.

9:08 p.m. – A 36-year-old Los Alamos man was unable or unwilling to provide the identity of the person who battered him.

April 28

2:29 p.m. – J and M Concrete Pumping Inc., reported being the victim of a forgery. The estimated loss is $672.

3:38 p.m. – Christopher Rooks, 29, of San Juan Pueblo was arrested on Trinity Drive and charged with forgery for attempting to pass a forged stolen check at Los Alamos National Bank.

April 29

2:14 a.m. – Justin Stone, 22, of Los Alamos was arrested on Monte Vista and charged with DWI.

9 a.m. – UNM-LA reported someone stole a 4×8 flatbed utility trailer that is black in color. The estimated loss is $1,001.

9:31 p.m. – Jerry Bobo, 35, of Los Alamos was arrested near Arroyo Lane and Verde Ridge and charged with DWI.

April 30

2:14 p.m. – A 58-year-old Los Alamos woman reported someone stole a lawnmower from her shed on Piedra Loop. The estimated loss is $200.

3:58 p.m. – An 18-year-old Dixon woman reported her car was vandalized while parked in the parking lot at Bikini Atoll and Mercury Road. The estimated loss is $201.

5:34 p.m. – An 82-year-old Los Alamos man reported someone shattered the rear window of his vehicle with a rock while it was parked on 37th Street. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

May 1

4:20 p.m. – Two juvenile males were charged with public affray at 192 Maple St. for mutually combating each other and were referred to the juvenile probation officer.

May 2

1:42 a.m. – Lori Munoz, 24, of Santa Fe was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

May 4

11:44 a. m. – Marcos Romero, 29, of Chimayo was arrested and charged with shoplifting a lottery ticket from the Quick Stop at 11 Rover Blvd.

1:41 p.m. – A 38-year-old Los Alamos man reported scuba gear, a baby stroller and golf clubs taken from a building on Trinity Drive sometime during the last six weeks. The estimated loss is $10,450.

8:08 p.m. – Stephen Behringer, 18, of Los Alamos was arrested and charged with assault on a police officer at 4005 Alabama St.

May 5

8:11 p.m. - A 20-year-old Santa Fe man reported his car windows smashed and an I-pod and radar detector stolen from his car parked on NM 4. The estimated loss is $250.

May 6

1:49 a.m. – A 28-year-old Los Alamos man reported being the victim of a battery on Bryce Avenue.
