March 26

7:13 a.m. – Los Alamos Lodge reported a laptop computer stolen along with some cash from its facility at 2201 Trinity Drive. The estimated loss is $918.

2:14 p.m. – Florence Hsu, 72, of Los Alamos was charged with shoplifting sushi from Smiths and issued a citation. The estimated loss is $8.47.

8:40 p.m. – Eric Noveroske, 20, of Los Alamos was arrested on State Road 4 and charged with aggravated DUI and careless driving.

11:40 p.m. – A 22-year-old Los Alamos man reported being harassed on Canyon Road by an unidentified person or persons.

5:57 p.m. – A 23-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being battered.

March 27

11:30 p.m. – Brett Petersen, 28, of Albuquerque was arrested at 600 San Ildefonso Road and charged with battery on a household member.

11:40 p.m. – Ruth Tune, 25, of Los Alamos was arrested at 600 San Ildefonso Road and charged with interfering with communications.

March 28

10:33 a.m. – A 58-year-old Los Alamos man reported someone used his credit card without permission. The estimated loss is $738.

5:15 p.m. – A 60-year-old Los Alamos man was reported as an unattended death on Bryce Avenue.
