Sept. 4
9:45 p.m. – Thomas Stewart, 23, of Los Alamos was arrested at 1654 36th St. and charged with possession of marijuana.
Sept. 5
8:59 a.m. – The Los Alamos Ski Club reported someone damaged a chair lift. The estimated cost is $200.
11:54 a.m. – Smith’s Food and Drug Centers at 535 Central Ave. reported someone forged checks. The estimated loss is $7,055.52.
12:15 p.m. – Los Alamos Medical Center reported being the victim of forgery. The loss is unknown.
Sept. 6
7:33 p.m. – Kevin Herring, 30, of Los Alamos was arrested at 4039 Sycamore St. on an outstanding Municipal Court Warrant.
9:30 p.m. – Jerry Galicia, 31, of Española was arrested in Pampas, Texas, and charged with embezzlement between $250 and $25,000.
Sept. 7
9:01 a.m. – A 28-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being the victim of battery by a household member.
Sept. 8
10:09 a.m. – A 55-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being the victim of a fraudulent transfer of her credit card. The estimated loss is $1,190.70.
