Feb. 19

6:06 p.m. – Anthony Martinez, 25, of Los Alamos was arrested at 3504 Arizona and charged with assault on a peace officer.

8:50 p.m. – Kevin Herring, 31, of Los Alamos was arrested at 4039 Sycamore and charged with hit and run and reckless driving.

Feb. 20

2:38 p.m. – Del Norte Credit Union, 1000 Trinity Drive, reported someone embezzled money from an account. The estimated loss is $8,774.

5:32 p.m. – A 48-year-old Los Alamos man reported someone stole his electric concrete mixer at 126 Piedra Loop. The estimated loss is $500.

7:53 p.m. – Amber Vigil, 26, of Los Alamos was arrested at 331 Joya Loop and charged with battery against a household member.

Feb. 21

9:09 a.m. – A 45-year-old Los Alamos man reported being the victim of a dangerous animal on the loose in the 3200 block of Walnut Street.

Feb. 22

1:41 p.m. – Mariah Simpkins, 21, of Los Alamos was arrested at 3200 Canyon Road and charged with battery against a household member.
