Jan. 29


12:48 a.m.–Andrew Benjamin, 22, of Los Alamos was charged with indecent exposure after being seen relieving himself in a bush at 168 Central Park Square.


Jan. 30


1:30 p.m. – UNM-LA reported someone broke into a campus vending machine and took money from inside it. The estimated loss is $300.


5:28 p.m. – A 26-year-old Los Alamos woman reported someone may have used her social security number to obtain prescription drugs.


10:28 p.m. – A 53-year-old Los Alamos woman in the 3,000 block of Walnut Street reported someone withdrew money from her bank account without her permission. The estimated loss is $3,760.


Jan. 31


9:50 p.m. – Clinton Green, 22, of Los Alamos was charged with assault at 1203 9th St. and summoned to appear in court.


Feb. 1


9:55 a.m. – An 88-year-old Los Alamos woman reported a break-in at her home in the 1500 block of Camino Medio. Damage was discovered to the back door of her home.

The estimated loss is $550.


Feb. 1


3 p.m. – Alberto Banos, 21, was arrested on an outstanding Magistrate Court bench warrant at West Road and Diamond Drive.


9:51 p.m. – Luis Cuevas, 37, of Los Alamos was arrested at 1075 Iris St. and charged with domestic battery and false imprisonment.


Feb. 2


2:02 p.m. – Johnny Otero, 25, of Albuquerque was arrested at 2500 Trinity Drive on a felony warrant from another jurisdiction.


Feb. 3


7 p.m. – A 16-year-old Los Alamos girl was arrested at Quemazon and Brisa Del Bosque and charged with battery against a household member.


8:32 p.m. – Patrick Vigil, 35, of Medanales was arrested at Central Avenue and Knecht Street and charged with driving while license is suspended or revoked.


10:51 p.m. – Ethan Parson, 25, of Los Alamos was arrested at Smith’s at 31 Sherwood Blvd. and charged with shoplifting a bottle of liquor. The estimated loss is $8.99.
