Dec. 8
 
8:27 p.m. – A 36-year-old White Rock woman reported that someone damaged the interior of a vacant house. The estimated damage is more than $1,000.
 
10:24 p.m. – Ascencion Gonzalez, 36, of Los Alamos was arrested following a traffic stop on Trinity Drive for a speeding violation and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
 
Dec. 9
 
11:45 p.m. – Jose Ruelas, 24, of Los Alamos was arrested during the investigation of a loud party when it was determined that he had a pick up order for a probation violation.
Dec. 10
 
3:41 a.m. – Denis Dimick, 49, of Los Alamos was arrested and charged with DWI and the negligent use of a firearm following the investigation into a report of a possible suicidal person in which he was found to be driving while intoxicated, in possession of a firearm and he resisted arrest.
 
10:33 p.m. – Daniella Vigil, 20, Robert Benavidez, 19, and Brandon Kave, 18, all of Los Alamos were charged with Minor In Possession and issued criminal citations to appear in court following an investigation into a noise disturbance in which police located an underage drinking party at 3220-B Villa St. Two 16-year-old girls, one 17-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy,all of Los Alamos, also were charged with MIP and released to their parents.
Dec. 13
 
3:15 p.m. – A 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy from Los Alamos were charged with shoplifting at Smith’s Food and Drug Center in White Rock and released to their parent.
 
7:39 p.m. – Delbert Romero, 28, was arrested and charged with aggravated battery at 650 San Ildefonso Road following an investigation into reports of a disturbance at the apartment complex.
Dec. 14
 
6:14 a.m. – A 47-year-old Los Alamos man reported damage to vehicles parked at his residence. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.
 
8:39 a.m. – Parker Bazarewski, 22, of Los Alamos was arrested on Diamond Drive in front of Los Alamos High School following an investigation of a reported shoplifting incident at Smith’s on Central Avenue in which he was discovered to have marijuana in his possession. Also, a 17-year-old Los Alamos boy was referred to the juvenile probation officer and released to his parent after it was discovered that he was in possession of drug paraphernalia.
 
8:02 a.m. – Clinton Green, 24, of Los Alamos was arrested at 939 Iris St., after an investigation into reports of someone breaking into a vacant apartment in the complex.
 
5 p.m. – A 17-year-old Los Alamos boy was charged with aggravated battery following an investigation into reports of a fight in the LAHS parking lot when it was determined that he had allegedly attacked a witness to a felony offense.
 
11:30 p.m. – David Real, 33, of Espanola was arrested following an investigation into reports of loud voices coming from 1203 9th St., when it was determined that he had an outstanding warrant from Taos County.
