Nov. 28

10:24 p.m. — Police released a 15-year-old Abiquiu juvenile to his parents after he was caught possessing marijuana (less than one ounce) and possessing drug paraphernalia in the 3000 block of Trinity Drive.

Nov. 29

1:13 p.m. — Daniel Rodarte, 27, of Española was arrested on a warrant from another jurisdiction while at the Los Alamos Detention Center.

2:10 a.m. — Jesse Sterba, 28, of Hobbs was arrested for being in possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at the corner of Diamond Drive and East Jemez. He was also arrested on a district court warrant.

(No time given) — A 16-year-old girl was released to her parents after police found her in possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 3000 block of Trinity Drive.

Nov. 30

9:01 a.m. — Steven Martinez, 46, of Los Alamos was arrested on a charge of shoplifting ($250-$2,500) at Smith’s Food and Drug, 31 Sherwood Blvd.

Dec. 1

10:06 a.m. — Christopher Wajda, 21, of Los Alamos was arrested on a magistrate court warrant in the 3800 block of Alabama Avenue.

4:29 p.m. — A 37-year-old female reported a larceny ($250-$500) in the 1700 block of Central Avenue.

Dec. 2

10:09 p.m. — The Giant Shell gas station, in the 100 block of Rover Boulevard was broken into, no report of anything missing.

11 p.m. — Monica Cooper, 46 of Los Alamos was arrested on a charge of having a revoked or suspended license at the intersection of 9th Street and Central Avenue.

Dec. 3

(No time given) — A 15-year-old Los Alamos teen was released to his parents after being arrested for battery against a household member and interfering with communications.

Dec. 4

(No time given) —  A 16-year-old Jemez Springs teen was released to a guardian after being found in possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1300 block of Diamond Drive.

4:25 p.m. — Jude Pacheco, 22, of Santa Fe was arrested for being in possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and possession of drug paraphernalia at the intersection of Diamond Drive and Sycamore Street. He was later issued a citation and released without a photo being taken of him.

4:24 p.m.— A 45-year-old Grants man reported he was the victim of criminal damage to property, (less than $1,000) in the 2100 block of Trinity Drive.

Dec. 5
9:37 a.m. — a 12-year-old female reported to police she was the victim of a larceny ($500-$2,500) at Hawk Drive.

4:20 p.m. — A 29-year-old male reported to police he was the victim of criminal damage to his property (less than $1,000) in the 500 block of Todd Loop.
