Nov. 5

2:21 p.m. – Mark Bolton, 59, of Los Alamos was charged with battery following an investigation into an altercation that took place in the parking lot at 1789 Central Ave., and summonsed to appear in court.    

12:47 p.m. – A 32-year-old man from Kenya reported being the victim of unauthorized use of his credit card in a foreign country. The estimated loss is more than $300.

3:26 p.m. – Metzger’s reported being the victim of embezzlement at its 1607 Central Ave., store. The estimated loss is less than $20,000.
Nov. 7

12:14 p.m. – A 22-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone vandalized her vehicle while it was parked at her residence.
Nov. 8

9:13 a.m. – Los Alamos County reported that someone painted graffiti on a bench and sidewalk along the walking trail behind the Aquatic Center.

6:50 p.m. – A 52-year-old Los Alamos man reported the theft of personal property from a secured area of his residence sometime within the last year. The estimated loss is more than $20,000.
Nov. 10

12:40 a.m. – Christopher James, 46, of Los Alamos was arrested following an investigation into a traffic crash on East Jemez Road and charged with Aggravated DWI: bodily injury.
8 a.m. – A 45-year-old Los Alamos man reported that his trailer was egged and its paint damaged. The estimated damage is more than 1,000.
1:51 p.m. – Beall’s reported that someone shoplifted merchandise from its store at 601 Trinity Dr. The estimated loss is more than $100.

3 p.m. – Charlotte Sandoval, 37, of Cordova was arrested on N.M. 4 and charged with shoplifting more than $100 worth of merchandise at Beall’s and also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
7:34 p.m. – Pedro Sanchez, 46, of Española was arrested on an outstanding District Court Warrant.
