12:18 a.m. – Jaymes Maes, 25, of Española was arrested and charged with a false imprisonment, interference with communication and other associated and non-associated offenses following an investigation into a domestic disturbance in the parking lot on Sombrillo Court.

Nov. 1

2:05 p.m. – Sam Warner, 52, of Los Alamos was arrested and charged with DWI and bringing contraband into the jail following traffic stop.

6:05 p.m. – A 43-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone stole tools from the basement area of his residence on Iris Street.

6:18 p.m. – Metzger’s Do It Best reported being a victim of shoplifting at 1607 Central Ave. The estimated loss is unknown.
    
6:54 p.m. – A 49-year-old White Rock woman reported being the victim of a burglary. The estimated loss is unknown.

7:30 p.m. – Andrew Abeyta, 23, of Chimayo was arrested at 3000 Trinity Dr. and charged with shoplifting. The estimated loss is less than $100.
9:24 p.m. – Robert Hengstenberg, 30, of Albuquerque was arrested at 3000 Trinity Dr. and charged with shoplifting. The estimated loss is less than $100.

4:10 p.m. – Los Alamos County reported that someone broke into its apartment complex at 939 Iris St. The estimated loss is unknown.

6:34 p.m. – A 74-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone damaged his mailbox. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.
