Oct. 26

(No time given) Kevin Herring, 34, of Los Alamos was issued a summons on a charge of battery in the 4000 block of Sycamore Street.
(No time given) Eric Mahler, 30 of Santa Fe was issued a summons on a charge of aggravated assault in the 4000 block of Sycamore Street. Mahler was also arrested Oct. 25 at 5:02 p.m. in the 1100 block of Sioux on a magistrate court warrant.
Oct. 27

3:30 a.m. — Heath Wade, 30, of Los Alamos was arrested on a magistrate court warrant in the 1700 block of 37th Street.
Oct. 28

1:20 a.m. — Christopher Wajda, 21, of Los Alamos was charged with shoplifting in the Giant convenience store at 3701 Arkansas Ave.

11:16 a.m. — A 41-year-old female reported she was the victim of fraud in the 200 block of Rover Boulevard. The amount taken was more than $250 and less than $20,000.

8 p.m. — Three boys, two aged 16, and one 17 were arrested by police in the 100 block of Taos for negligent use of explosives. For about an hour, the boys allegedly set off some type of small explosives in the 2200 block of 37th street around 6:03 p.m. and then again in the 100 block of Taos at 7:19 p.m. Police are still investigating.
Oct. 29

11:23 a.m. — a 69-year-old man reported to police the fraudulent use of a credit card by false representation in the 4300 block of Alabama Avenue.
Oct. 30

(No time given) Amanda Claybaugh, 21 of Los Alamos was issued a summons for a charge of battery against a household member in the 1200 block of Seminole.
