5:10 p.m. – A 19-year-old Los Alamos man reported being the victim of fraud on Central Avenue. The estimated loss is more than $250.

9:45 p.m. – A 75-year-old White Rock man reported that someone damaged his property on Longview Drive. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

10:39 p.m. – Dexter Thomas, 23, of Santa Fe was arrested near Camino Entrada and East Road and charged with DWI.
Oct. 21

2 a.m. – Elizabeth Garner, 49, of Los Alamos was arrested near East Gate and East Road and charged with aggravated DWI: Refusal to submit to chemical testing.

2:12 p.m. – Christopher Hernandez, 21, of Los Alamos was arrested in Albuquerque on an outstanding Los Alamos Magistrate Court warrant for failure to pay fines.

Oct. 22

4:04 p.m. – A 44-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being the victim of harassment in the 1200 block of Sioux.

5:26 p.m. – Ashlee Justice, 19, of Los Alamos was arrested at Overlook Park, charged with possession of marijuana and issued a citation to appear in court.     
    
9:29 p.m. – Allen Sherwood, 47, of Los Alamos was arrested at 3660 Arizona St., and charged with battery against a household member.
Oct. 23

1:27 p.m. – A 51-year-old Los Alamos woman reported cruelty to animals in the 800 block of North Mesa Road.
Oct. 24

9:43 a.m. – A 17-year-old Los Alamos boy was charged with possession of a controlled substance at Los Alamos High School and referred to the juvenile probation officer.

Oct. 25

2:42 p.m. – Los Alamos National Laboratory reported being the victim of larceny at 362 Alvarez Road. The estimated loss is less than $250.

9:46 p.m. – Michael Mallory, 59, of Los Alamos was arrested and charged with DWI on Canyon Road.
Oct. 26
9:18 a.m. – A 17-year-old Los Alamos boy was charged with the unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon at Los Alamos High School and referred to the juvenile probation officer.
    
2:15 p.m. – A 16-year-old Los Alamos boy was charged with the unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon at Los Alamos High School and referred to the juvenile probation officer.
