12:33 a.m. –– A 38-year-old Los Alamos woman told police her house had been burglarized in the 700 block of 43rd Street.
10 p.m. –– Robert Torres, 36, of Los Alamos was arrested on a charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs in the 3700 block of Arkansas Avenue.
2:20 a.m. –– Kirby Eifert, 18, of Los Alamos was issued a citation by the Los Alamos Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1200 block of 9th Street.
2:50 a.m. –– Dakota Coghill, 18, of Los Alamos was issued a citation by the Los Alamos Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1200 block of 9th Street.
3:10 a.m. –– Los Alamos resident Peter Blossom, 37, was arrested for assaulting a 41-year-old Los Alamos woman in the 3900 block of Alabama Avenue. He was also arrested for criminal damage to property and possession of drug paraphernalia.
5:29 p.m. –– A 78-year-old Los Alamos man reported to police that he had been the victim of fraudulent use of a credit card.
11:30 p.m. –– John Ortiz, 52, of Los Alamos, was arrested on a charges of aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, having an open container in a moving vehicle, negligent use of a deadly weapon and not respecting lane boundaries marked for traffic in the 3000 block of Trinity Drive.
(No time given) –– Police issued a criminal citation to James Liberty, 18, of Los Alamos for criminal damage to property on Sycamore Street. The damage was estimated to be less than $1,000, police said.
11:49 p.m. –– Rogelio Anaya, 20, of Los Alamos was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no car insurance, no working turn signals, no registration and illegal window tint. The arrest took place on Trinity Drive.
3:16 a.m. –– Blake Molz, 29, of Los Alamos was arrested for assault against a 24-year-old Los Alamos woman in the 3900 block of Alabama Avenue.
1:38 p.m. –– A 69-year-old Los Alamos man reported to police that he’d been the victim of fraud; someone had stolen between $250 and $2,500 from him in the 100 block of Tunyo Street.
