Oct. 7

1:38 a.m. – Brock Koehler, 22, of Los Alamos was arrested at 74 Isleta Dr., and charged with providing alcohol to a minor following an investigation into reports of a loud party at that address.
1:55 a.m. – Elissa Hutson, 19, of Friendswood, Texas; Ashley Deck, 20, of Guadalupe, Texas; and Miles Romero, 20, of Los Alamos were charged with Minor In Possession (MIP) at 74 Isleta Dr., and issued citations to appear in court.

12:07 p.m. – A 43-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone stole his bicycle from his residence. The estimated loss is less than $250.    

2:23 p.m. – A 75-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone stole personal items from her unlocked vehicle parked in her driveway in Barranca Mesa. The estimated loss is unknown.
9:37 p.m. – Ramon Rubio, 50, of Los Alamos was arrested at 38th and Diamond Drive and charged with aggravated DWI and refused to submit to chemical testing following an investigation into reports of a possible DWI driver on Diamond Drive.

Oct. 8

8:30 p.m. – A 50-year-old Albuquerque man reported that a relative may have used his personal information in another jurisdiction.
Oct. 10

12:22 p.m. – Police report that a device that appeared to be a pipe bomb turned out to be a geo-caching prize.

6:26 p.m. – Andrew Lawrence, 38, of Los Alamos was arrested in the Los Alamos County Detention Center and charged with assault upon a police officer after reportedly damaging property and assaulting a peace officer in the jail.
Oct. 11

7:09 p.m. – Karl Roybal, 48, of Española was charged with disorderly conduct and profane, loud and boisterous behavior while awaiting visiting hours at the jail and he was issued a criminal citation to appear in court.

Oct. 12

12:42 p.m. – A 12-year-old Los Alamos boy was charged with possession of marijuana at Los Alamos Middle School on Hawks Drive and referred to the juvenile probation officer.

10:43 p.m. – Derrick Koehler, 23, of Los Alamos was charged with reckless driving on Diamond Drive after an investigation determined that he was the driver of a vehicle involved in a crash, which damaged county property on San Ildefonso Road near the roundabout.
