Sept. 27

2:25 p.m. –– Police arrested a 17-year-old juvenile on a charge of battery in the 1300 block of Diamond Drive.

11:55 a.m. –– A 12-year-old boy reported to police he was a victim of a larceny. The amount was less than $250. The crime occurred at Hawk Drive.

6:10 p.m. –– Charles Luster, 27 of Los Alamos was cited for having an animal making an “unreasonable amount” of noise in the 300 block of Ridgecrest Avenue.
5:15 p.m. –– A 44-year-old Los Alamos female reported criminal damage to property in the 100 block of Casa Grande Drive. Damage was less than $1,000.

4:59 p.m. –– A 14-year-old boy reported a larceny to police that occurred at 1300 block of Diamond Drive. The larceny was less than $250.

Sept. 28

11:15 a.m. –– A 14-year-old female was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery at 1300 Diamond Drive.

3:22 p.m.–– Les Templeton, 53, of Los Alamos was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor at East Road and East Gate Drive.

5:29 p.m. –– A 14-year-old juvenile was arrested on a charge of trafficking controlled substances at 1200 Trinity Drive.

11:17 a.m. –– William Mullally, 22 of Alcalde was arrested on a bench warrant in Española. The warrant was issued by the Los Alamos Magistrate Court.

9:13 p.m. –– Clay Newell, 19 of Los Alamos was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana at the intersection of 42nd and Urban Streets.

4:46 p.m. –– Police arrested a 16-year-old juvenile on a charge of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana at the intersection of Arkansas Avenue and Canyon Glen.

Sept. 29

9:52 a.m. –– An 87-year-old female told police she was the victim of fraudulent use of a credit card without her permission.
12:12 p.m. –– Dolores Tapia was arrested on a warrant from another jurisdiction at Pajarito Road.
Sept. 30
10:28 a.m. –– A 28-year-old Santa Fe woman filed a complaint with police that she was a victim of larceny of less than $250.

6:18 p.m. –– Tyler Webb, 26, of Los Alamos was arrested on a charge of marijuana possession, less than one ounce, on Diamond Drive.

8:46 p.m. –– Rhonda Hanson, 46, of Los Alamos was arrested on a charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs on Garver Street.

Oct. 1

3:27 p.m. –– A 56-year-old Los Alamos man reported to police he was the victim of fraudulent transaction totaling more than $250 and less than $20,000.

Oct. 2

10:30 a.m. –– A 17-year-old Los Alamos male juvenile was arrested for having a deadly weapon at Los Alamos High School.
12:35 p. m –– A 47-year-old man told police someone had broken into and stolen items out of his car while it was parked on Arizona Avenue.

3:25 p.m. –– Chliuyen Shockey, 38, of Los Alamos was arrested on a municipal court warrant.

Oct. 3

12:58 a.m. –– Jose Rangel, 24, of Alcalde was arrested on a charge of driving while under the influence of an intoxicating liquid while driving along Diamond Drive.

11:21 a.m. –– A 57-year-old Los Alamos man reported to police that his car was broken into while it was parked on Arizona Avenue.
