Sept. 24

8:50 a.m. – Moses Salazar, 24, of Los Alamos was arrested on Canyon Road and charged with driving while his license was suspended or revoked due to a DWI.     

1:04 p.m. – A 42-year-old Los Alamos woman reported a child’s toy was taken from the yard of her residence. The estimated loss is less than $250.

1:30 p.m. – A 14-year-old Los Alamos boy was charged with possession of marijuana at Los Alamos High School and referred to the juvenile probation officer after an investigation by school personnel into a report that a student might be selling marijuana on campus, which resulted in the discovery of marijuana in the student’s backpack.

2:24 p.m. – Brianne Carroll, 28, of Los Alamos was arrested on N.M. 4 at Rover Boulevard and charged with DWI.

4:30 p.m. – A 14-year-old Los Alamos boy was charged with possession of marijuana at Los Alamos High School and referred to the juvenile probation officer after the marijuana was seized by school staff.

Sept. 26

1:46 p.m. – A 26-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being the victim of criminal trespassing.

3:40 p.m. – Sterling Bucholz, 27, of Jemez Springs was arrested at 2028 42nd Street and charged with breaking and entering after police officers were called to the victim’s residence and Bucholz reportedly refused to leave. It was later discovered that he had broken into another residence a short distance away earlier in the day.
Sept. 27

4:06 p.m. – A 37-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being the victim of assault against a household member on Central Avenue.

6:30 p.m. – Randy Mock, 41, of Los Alamos was arrested and charged with assault against a household member at 1627 Central Ave., following an investigation into reports of a domestic disturbance behind Home Run Pizza on 15th Street.

9:06 p.m. – A 43-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone broke a window in his vehicle parked at the VFW on Deacon Street.
Sept. 28

12:16 a.m. – Kelsey Billy, 21, of Los Alamos was arrested at 3590 Gold St., on a federal warrant for desertion from the U.S. Army.

1:42 a.m. – A 19-year-old White Rock woman reported being the victim of criminal, sexual penetration by force or coercion, but police investigation determined the allegation to be unfounded.

9:32 a.m. – A 23-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone broke the window on her car parked in the Caballo Peak Apartment Complex and stole personal property from inside the car. The estimated loss is unknown.

12:40 p.m. – A 51-year-old Española man reported being the victim of check fraud at 1001 Central Ave. The estimated loss is more than $250.

7:30 p.m. – Stephanie Bracken, 24, of Albuquerque was arrested on 40th Street and charged with assault following an investigation into reports of a domestic dispute.
Sept. 29
2:15 p.m. – A 26-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone exposed himself to her on Central Avenue.

5:23 p.m. – A 37-year-old Santa Fe man reported that someone broke the window on his vehicle parked in the west lot at UNM-Los Alamos and stole personal items from inside the vehicle. The estimated loss is unknown.
    
7:42 p.m. – A 45-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone broke the window on his vehicle parked on Trinity Drive and stole personal items from inside the vehicle. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.
