3:58 p.m. – Los Alamos County reported that someone sprayed graffiti at Mesa Public Library on Central Avenue. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.
8:07 p.m. – James Stewart, 68, of Los Alamos was arrested at 111 Piedra Loop following reports of a domestic dispute and he was charged with Battery against a household member.
9:32 p.m. – Raymond Behringer, 37, of Los Alamos was found dead in his home at 1270 Big Rock Loop. The Office of the Medical Investigator said this morning that the cause of death is pending.
7:31 p.m. – Oscar Quintant-Arvizo, 20, of Los Alamos was stopped on Canyon Road for a faulty brake light and improper window tinting and was subsequently issued a citation to appear in court for faulty brake lights, improper window tinting, no insurance and driving without a license. The registered owner of the vehicle, Filiberto Marquez-Rios, was issued a citation to appear in court for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive his vehicle. The vehicle was towed.
11:21 p.m. – A 15-year-old Los Alamos boy was charged near 35th Street and Arizona Street with driving at an unsafe speed, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, improper turns, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving without a license and evading a police officer after police attempted to stop the vehicle he was driving after it was observed going 64 mph in a 35 mph zone. The boy was referred to the juvenile probation officer.
11:59 p.m. – A 30-year-old Española man reported that his paycheck was stolen on Central Avenue. The estimated loss is $260.
11:57 a.m. – Timothy Martinez, 52, of Velarde was arrested at Los Alamos National Laboratory on an outstanding Municipal Court Warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court.
12:13 – A 58-year-old White Rock man reported that someone stole his saddle and numerous tools from his storage shed on Monte Rey Drive. The estimated loss is $6,720.
6:31 p.m. – A 52-year-old Tijeras man reported that someone stole his Red Honda generator from a campsite on Camp May Road. The estimated loss is $1,800.
9:19 a.m. – A 16-year-old Los Alamos boy was charged at Los Alamos High School with possession of drug paraphernalia after being found with a marijuana pipe. The boy was referred to the juvenile probation officer.
5:43 p.m. – An 82-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone sprayed graffiti on her home in the 900 block of Circle Drive. The estimated loss is $10.
8:01 – Marcus Boston, 38, of Los Alamos was arrested at 37th Street and Trinity Drive and charged with aggravated DWI, negligent use of a deadly weapon, possession of marijuana, driving with an open container of alcohol, failing to maintain lane and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
8:03 p.m. – A 51-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone damaged a fence and skirting on his mobile home on Hawk Drive. The estimated loss is $1,000.
12:31 p.m. – Jeremy Trujillo, 24, of Española was issued a citation to appear in court after police stopped him for having expired tags and then discovered that he was driving on an expired registration and without insurance. His vehicle was towed.
