NOTICE – Police report that Christopher Binns, 36, of Los Alamos was not arrested on July 26 and charged with Obstructing Movement as was reported in Police Beat. He was issued a summons but the case was dismissed by the issuing officer.
Aug. 6
5:53 p.m. - Dacotah Hofer, 18, of Los Alamos was summoned to appear in court on a charge of criminal damage to property. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.
Aug. 7
10:09 a.m. - A 13-year-old Velarde girl reported being a victim of criminal sexual penetration.
10:09 a.m. - Jose Rodriquez Balderama, 22, was arrested on Trinity Drive and charged with concealing his identity.
12:05 p.m. - The Parks and Recreation Department reported they were a victim of criminal damage to property at 2760 Canyon Road. The estimated damage is $300.
6:23 p.m. - A man, 53, of Los Alamos reported being the victim of identity theft. The estimated loss is unknown.
7:03 p.m. - A 19-year-old Los Alamos woman reported someone stole her purse from her car parked in the 500 block of Central Avenue. The estimated loss is $100.
