Sept. 13
8:03 a.m. –– A 63-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was the victim of vandalism that occurred in the 100 block of Central Park Square. Police are still investigating. The damage was found to be less than $1,000.

8:45 p.m. –– A 19-year-old Los Alamos woman told police that she had been the victim of criminal sexual penetration. Police said the alleged crime occurred in the 1000 block of Mesa Verde Drive.
Sept. 14

12:23 a.m. –– Fernando Rodriguez, 30, of Los Alamos was arrested on a charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. He was arrested at Los Alamos Police Department, 2500 Trinity Drive.

12:07 a.m. ­­–– A 63-year-old Los Alamos man reported to police he was the victim of assault against a household member. The alleged crime occurred in the 2200 block of 35th Street, according to police.
1:04 a.m. –– A 30-year-old Los Alamos man reported to police he was the victim of battery against a household member. The alleged crime occurred in the 600 block of San Ildefonso Road.

(No Stated Time) –– Police issued a summons to 29-year-old Bethany Lucero, a resident of Los Alamos. The summons is for alleged battery against a household member in the 600 block of San Ildefonso Road.

11:05 a.m. –– Erwin Primero-Rodriguez, 27, of Los Alamos was arrested for not having a license or registration. He was also found to have two misdemeanor warrants against him from another jurisdiction. The arrest occurred in the 1000 block of Diamond Drive, police said.

11:29 p.m. –– A 65-year-old Los Alamos man told police that he was the victim of vandalism to his property. The damage was estimated to be less than $1,000.
Sept. 15

4:46 a.m. –– Juan Vigil, 33, of Los Alamos was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 3000 block of Trinity Drive.
Sept. 17

10:05 a.m. ––  A 53-year-old Truchas man reported to police that he was the victim of vandalism in the 3800 block of Gold Street. The damage was estimated to be less than $1,000.

11:01 a.m. –– Tad Woods, 55, of Los Alamos was arrested on charges of Driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving without insurance and possessing no license. Records indicate Woods was taken into custody on Portillo Drive.
Sept. 18

12:51 p.m. –– Kenneth Hagedorn, 31 of Los Alamos was arrested on a warrant issued from another jurisdiction while at the Los Alamos Police Department.
Sept. 19

2:47 p.m. –– A 36-year-old Los Alamos woman reported to police that she was the victim of aggravated battery against a household member, assault against a household member and criminal trespass, according to a Los Alamos District Court warrant. The alleged crimes stem from an incident that happened in the 3900 block of Alabama Avenue.
