Sept. 8

2:06 a.m. – A 26-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of harassment on Sherwood Boulevard.

2 p.m. – Lisa Lowe, 24, of Los Alamos was arrested in Española by New Mexico State Police and charged with failure to seatbelt her children. NMSP transported Lowe to the Los Alamos Detention Facility where she is wanted on an outstanding Municipal Court Warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court and an outstanding Magistrate Court Warrant for failure to pay fines and failure to provide her drivers license to the court.    

6:56 p.m. – A 61-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone stole money from an ashtray in her vehicle parked on Azure Drive. The estimated loss is unknown.

11:30 p.m. – Michael Garbacz, 31, of Los Alamos was arrested on East Road on an outstanding Magistrate Court Warrant and charged with driving with an open container of alcohol, driving on suspended license and concealing his identity.

Sept. 9

8:07 a.m. – Los Alamos Public Schools reported an iPod stolen from 90 Grand Canyon. The estimated loss is less than $250.
    
9:31 a.m. –A 47-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone broke the windshield on his van parked in the 900 block of Trinity Drive. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.
10:17 a.m. – A 53-year-old Los Alamos woman was found dead at a residence on East Jemez Road. Police are investigating the circumstances, but indicated there was no evidence of foul play.
Sept. 10

6:46 p.m. – Conoco Gas Station personnel reported that someone stole money from the Conoco store at 4th Street and Central Avenue. The estimated loss is less than $250. The matter is under investigation.

7:41 p.m. – A 16-year-old Los Alamos girl was charged with battery against a household member at 2025 East Jemez Road and referred to the juvenile probation officer.

Sept. 12

10:29 a.m. – A 45-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone stole documents from his vehicle parked on Canyon Road.

Sept. 13

2:18 a.m. –Elijah Meason, 22, of Las Cruces was arrested along Canyon Road on an outstanding Magistrate Court Warrant issued by the New Mexico State University Police for failure to appear in court.
    
7:20 a.m. – A 54-year-old Los Alamos man reported a bicycle stolen on Kilby Avenue. The estimated loss is unknown.

11:20 a.m. – Angela Cordova, 37, of Española was arrested on West Road on an outstanding Municipal Court Warrant issued for failure to appear in court.

6 p.m. – A 16-year-old Española boy was charged with possession of marijuana on Trinity Drive and referred to the juvenile probation officer.

9:18 p.m. – Taylor Vish, 25, of Los Alamos was arrested on Cheryl Court and charged with failure to use turn signal, failure to have proof of insurance and aggravated DWI for having a blood alcohol content of .16 or more.
Sept. 14

2:13 p.m. – Medical Associates of Northern New Mexico reported being the victim of embezzlement at 3917 West Road. The estimated loss is between $2,500 and $20,000. The matter is under investigation.
