Sept. 6

10:45 a.m. –– Police arrested a Los Alamos teen on a charge of aggravated battery in the 1300 block of Diamond Drive.

10:45 a.m. –– Police arrested a Santa Fe teen on a charge of public affray in the 1300 block of Diamond Drive.

1:08 p.m. –– Laurence Peña, 35, of Los Alamos, was arrested on unlawful use of a license, driving with a suspended license, driving without registration and driving without insurance charges at the intersection of Hawk Drive and San Ildefonso Road.
Sept. 7

8:59 a.m. –– A 38-year-old Los Alamos man complained to police he was the victim of arson in the 300 block of Ridgecrest. The damage to property was less than a $100.
Sept. 8

3:45 p.m. –– Jesus Velazco, 40, of Los Alamos, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol level of .08 or more at intersection of La Mesa Circle and San Ildefonso Road. While in custody, Velazco was also served a warrant by the Los Alamos Magistrate Court on Sept. 12.
Sept. 9

7:20 a.m. –– A 49-year-old Española woman reported to police that she was the victim of a larceny less than $250 in the 2100 block of Trinity Drive.
Sept. 10

5:40 p.m. –– A 37-year-old Los Alamos woman reported to police she was the victim of battery by a male member of her household in the 3600 block of Arizona Avenue.

Sept. 11

12:17 a.m. –– Pedro Sanchez, 48, of Española was arrested on a felony warrant at the Los Alamos Detention Center.

6:30 p.m. –– Raleigh Whitt, 24, of Los Alamos was arrested on a municipal court warrant.
Sept. 12

1:45 a.m. –– Richard Hice, 34, of Velarde was arrested on a municipal court warrant.
