7:48 a.m. — A 39-year-old Tijeras man reported to police that he was the victim of an assault and battery on West Road.
3:41 p.m. — A 15-year-old female was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting (less than a $100) in the 1700 block of Central Avenue. She was released to her parents and referred to juvenile authorities.
3:41 p.m. — A 17-year-old female was also issued summons on a charge of shoplifting (less than a $100) in the 1700 block of Central Avenue. She was released to parents and referred to juvenile authorities.
12:35 p.m. — Kim Rodgers-Mattys, 47, of Los Alamos was arrested on a district court warrant in the 3900 block of West Road.
11 a.m. —A 61-year-old Los Alamos woman, who lives on San Ildefonso Road, reported to police that some had used her computer to defraud and embezzle her of $3,303.67.
10:44 a.m. — A 25-year-old Los Alamos male reported to police that someone had stolen his firearm (value $400) from his home on Alabama Avenue.
6:17 p.m. — Christopher Jones, 31, of Los Alamos was arrested in Sandoval County through a magistrate court warrant.
1:23 a.m. — Brittany Donnelly, 28 of Los Alamos was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated (refused to submit to chemical testing) in the 600 block of San Ildefonso Road.
10:58 p.m. — A 26-year-old Los Alamos woman told police she was the victim of aggravated battery against a household member on 16th Street.
1:04 a.m. — Gary Bobo, 42 of Los Alamos was cited by police for aggravated assault against a household member in the 2000 block of 23rd Street.
