Nickolas Miramontes, 22, of Santa Fe was arrested on a magistrate court bench warrant in Santa Fe County. The original charge was driving while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol level of .08 or more at 35th Street and Villa Street.

Scott Randall, 58, of Los Alamos was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery against a household member in the 5000 block of Quemazon. He was later arrested on a DUI charge.

Debra Montoya, 45, of Santa Fe was arrested on a charge of aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of .16 or more.

A 57-year-old Los Alamos woman reported to police she was a victim of larceny (over $250, less than $500) at Bikini Atoll Drive.

A 35-year-old Los Alamos woman reported to police she was a victim of larceny (over $250, less than $500) at Central Avenue.

A 70-year-old Los Alamos man reported to police he was a victim of fraud, (more than $250, less than $2,500) at Alabama Avenue.
