May 23

10 a.m. —A 16-year-old Los Alamos male was referred to the Juvenile Delinquency Citation Program (JPPO) on a charge of graffiti (less than $1,000) at 1300 Diamond Drive.

May 24

10:08 a.m. — A 57-year-old Los Alamos male told the police he had been the victim of fraud (between $250 and $2,500) in the 1300 block of 46th Street.
May 25

7:31 a.m. — A 79-year-old Los Alamos male told police he had been the victim of criminal damage to property (less than $1,000) in the 400 block of Estante Way.

2:19 p.m. — A 47-year-old Los Alamos male was the victim of battery against a household member, assault against a household member, and criminal damage to property of a household member in the 1000 block of Seminole Street.

3:17 p.m. — Desiree Nitz, 23, of Los Alamos was arrested on charges of battery against a household member, assault against a household member, criminal damage to property of a household member, and possession of drug paraphernalia at Diamond Drive/San Ildefonso Drive.

9:16 p.m. — Jack Heath, 58, of Los Alamos was arrested on a charge of criminal damage to property (less than $1,000) in the 300 block of Trinity Drive.

May 26

11:32 a.m. — Kyleigh Foster, 18, of Los Alamos was arrested on charges of aggravated driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, careless driving, possession of alcohol as a minor, providing alcohol to minors, open container, and possession of drug paraphernalia at State Highway 4.

11:32 a.m. — Christopher Capelli, 19, of Los Alamos was arrested on a charge of providing alcohol to minors/felony at State Highway 4.

11:32 a.m. — Valerie Warthen, 18, of Los Alamos was arrested on a charge of providing alcohol to minors/felony at State Highway 4.

4:57 p.m. — Matthew Weinman, 22, of Los Alamos was arrested on charges of aggravated driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, and glue/aerosol spray abuse at 39th Street/Diamond Drive.

May 27

2:18 p.m. — A 46-year-old Los Alamos female told police she had been the victim of a larceny (less than $250) in the 4200 block of Alabama Avenue.

3:20 p.m. — An 18-year-old Los Alamos female was the victim of battery against a household member in the 4200 block of Alabama Avenue.

3:46 p.m. — Jonathon Klebesadel, 21, of Los Alamos was arrested on a charge of battery against a household member in the 4200 block of Alabama Avenue.

May 28

10:20 p.m. — Teresa Rice, 37, of Los Alamos was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana (less than 1 oz.) in the 2000 bock of 42nd Street.

May 29

10:25 a.m. — A 32-year-old Farmington man was the victim of aggravated assault at 4th Street/Central Avenue.

12:50 p.m. — A 16-year-old Denver minor was the victim of same sex criminal sexual penetration of a child at Trinity Drive.

3:28 p.m. — A 65-year-old Los Alamos female told police she had been the victim of a fraud (between $250 and $2,500) at Trinity Drive.
