The Los Alamos Police Department uses the term “arrest” to define anyone who has been physically arrested, served a court summons or issued a citation.
2:28 p.m. – An unidentified 49-year-old female reported that someone tried to enter her home.
9:04 a.m. – A group of citizens requested to speak with an officer to complain that construction workers at Iris and 9th Streets started work at 6:00 a.m.
10:31 a.m. – A motorcyclist flagged down an officer in order to inform them that the Elks Club was possibly over-serving liquor.
3:11 p.m. – A Pet Pangaea caller said someone came by and made threats to an employee.
5:54 p.m. – A man called saying there was a bird in his fireplace and that he would like help chasing it out.
8:14 p.m. – A 53-year-old male from Española called to report that a window in his vehicle had been broken.
8:23 p.m. – William Kennedy, 20, of Jemez Springs, was arrested after a traffic stop and charged with having an illegal registration plate, no proof of insurance, an open container, drug paraphernalia and driving while his license was suspended or revoked.
10:00 p.m. – Gary Bobo, 40, of Los Alamos, was arrested on a Los Alamos Magistrate Court bench warrant.
10:45 p.m. – An unidentified 16-year-old Los Alamos female was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
10:26 p.m. – Andrea Rivera, 24, of Los Alamos, was arrested for assault against a household member, disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer.
12:23 p.m. – A caller reported that a bundle of Los Alamos Monitor newspapers he was to deliver had been set on fire in front of his house.
4:45 p.m. - A 15-year-old Los Alamos male was arrested for graffiti and obstruction of a peace officer.
2:33 p.m. – Javier Ramos, 22, of Santa Fe, was arrested for driving while his license was suspended or revoked, driving without insurance, unlawful use of a license and careless driving.
8:00 p.m. – A 15-year-old Los Alamos female was arrested for battery against a household member.
11:27 a.m. - Nicole Galvan, 31, of Hernandez was arrested on a magistrate court bench warrant.
6:28 p.m. – Raymond Lujan, 31, of Fairview, was arrested at Canyon/Manhattan Loop for aggravated DWI with a concentration of .16 or more.
