1:59 p.m. – A 33-year-old El Rito woman reported that someone used her credit card without her permission after discovering unauthorized Internet charges on her account. The estimated loss is unknown.
2:11 p.m. – A 51-year-old Los Alamos woman was located after being reported missing.
7:35 a.m. – A 42-year-old White Rock woman reported that someone stole the catalytic converter from the under side of her Toyota truck parked in the 200 block of Donna Avenue. The estimated loss is unknown.
12:56 p.m. – A 66-year-old White Rock man reported that someone stole the catalytic converter from the under side of his Toyota truck parked in the 300 block of Bryce Avenue. The estimated loss is more than $250.
6:02 p.m. – John Archuleta, 35, of Los Alamos was arrested on Canyon Road and charged with DWI after being stopped for failure to maintain his lane.
11:30 p.m. – A 16-year-old Los Alamos girl was located after being reported a runaway and was discovered to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for her arrest from another jurisdiction. She was detained at the Juvenile Detention in Santa Fe.
2:13 a.m. – Vincent Fischer, 52, of Los Alamos was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI and careless driving after police responded to a rollover crash at 4th Street and Trinity Drive.
8:41 a.m. – A 54-year-old White Rock man reported that someone damaged his property in the 400 block of Aragon. The estimated loss is more than $1,000.
9:54 p.m. – Jesus Ruelas, 31, was stopped near 41st and Urban streets for having a faulty license plate light and subsequently arrested and charged with DWI and having faulty equipment on his vehicle.
7:19 p.m. – Jesus Ruelas, 31, was arrested after New Mexico Probation and Parole revoked his probation and issued a no bond warrant for his arrest following his DWI arrest on the previous day.
4:04 p.m. – Nicholas Conner, 28, of Los Alamos was stopped near 33rd and Villa streets for an expired registration sticker on his vehicle and subsequently arrested for DWI, driving with an open container of alcohol, negligent use of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, no vehicle registration and no insurance.
6:25 p.m. – A 77-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone broke into his storage shed in the 400 block of Estante Way. Nothing was reported missing.
10:49 p.m. – Margie Martinez, 52, of Los Alamos was stopped at Oppenheimer and Trinity Drive for failing to maintain her lane. She was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI, driving with an open container of alcohol and failing to maintain her lane.
8:47 a.m. – Charlie Salazar,48, of Espanola was stopped on San Ildefonso Road for speeding and subsequently arrested and charged with driving while his privilege to do so is revoked.
11:23 a.m. – A 17-year-old Los Alamos boy reported receiving harassing telephone calls.
12:15 p.m. – Frank Griego, 55, of Tesuque was stopped on Trinity Drive for speeding and subsequently charged with speeding and possession of marijuana and issued a citation.
1:10 p.m. – Miranda Martinez, 31, who was already an inmate in the Los Alamos County Detention Center, was served a district court warrant out of Taos County.
6:30 p.m. – A 32-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone wrote a check on her account, which she did not authorize. The estimated amount is less than $100.
9:35 p.m. – Anthony Brophy, 52, of Los Alamos was stopped on Diamond Drive for driving without his headlights turned on. Officers suspected he was under the influence and questioned him about that. Brophy then fled from officers in his vehicle and quickly exceeded 60 mph, according to police. Officers did not pursue Brophy, but instead headed to his residence. Enroute to the residence, they discovered that Brophy had crashed his truck near the roundabout at the intersection of Diamond Drive and San Ildefonso Road. Brophy was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI, aggravated fleeing, reckless driving, driving without headlights and no insurance.
