8:42 p.m. — Peggy Myers, 58, Los Alamos, was arrested for DWI at 535 Central Ave. Myers was arrested on suspicion of DWI and careless driving following a collision with a curb that caused a flat tire to her vehicle.

10:08 p.m. — Garrett Eckhart, 30, Los Alamos, was issued a summons on charges of aggravated battery and criminal damage to property following a fight at 1297 47th St.

March 2

3:18 p.m. — Three unidentified juveniles, one male and two females, of Santa Cruz and Los Alamos, were arrested for criminal damage to property valued at no more than $1,000 at Los Alamos Middle School, 2101 Hawk Dr.

10:55 p.m. — Tanner Barber, 24, Los Alamos, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear in Santa Fe Magistrate Court for a speeding citation.

March 3

7:10 p.m. — A 63-year-old female, Los Alamos, reported that her prescription medications had been stolen from 254 San Juan.

March 4

9:52 a.m. –— Daniel Whalen, 46, La Jolla, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear in Santa Fe Magistrate Court. Whalen was stopped for driving the wrong way on a one-way street, at which point he was arrested under the warrant.

March 6

11:41 a.m. — Filberto Marquez-Rios, 39, Los Alamos, was arrested on a Los Alamos Magistrate bench warrant for failure to appear to have his drivers license suspended.

12:14 p.m. — Los Alamos National Laboratory reported that a lab vehicle had been burglarized with an estimated loss of $342.

4:17 p.m. — Alissa Dison, hometown and age unknown, was cited for driving into a bicycle lane in the direction of a bicyclist, driving without a license and driving without insurance. The vehicle was towed.

8:32 p.m. — Bruce Lermuseaux, 27, Jemez Springs, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at North Mesa Road. Lermuseaux was initially notified that he had faulty tail lights, but was subsequently issued a citation for having a marijuana pipe.

March 7

2:45 p.m. — Dennis Romero, 44, Pecos, was arrested on a Los Alamos Magistrate bench warrant for failure to appear after he turned himself in.

10:28 p.m. — Michael Goda, 40, Los Alamos, was arrested for DWI at Bandelier. The arresting officer witnessed Goda driving in the wrong lane. He was also cited for crossing into the wrong the lane.
