The Los Alamos Police Department uses the term “arrest” to define anyone who has been physically arrested, server a court summons, or issued a citation.
12:35 p.m. — A 16-year-old girl was arrested on a district court warrant at the Los Alamos Justice Center. The original charge was forgery. The original arrest took place at 3:25 p.m., June 29 on Trinity Drive.
7:25 a.m. — Renee Cata, 40 of Española was arrested on a warrant from another jurisdiction at the Los Alamos Justice Center.
9 a.m. — A 17-year-old Los Alamos girl was arrested for marijuana possession (less than one ounce) at Los Alamos High School.
11:04 a.m. — Linda Vigil, 53, of Española was arrested for driving while intoxicated on NM 502.
7:14 p.m. — A 52-year-old Los Alamos woman reported to police that she was the victim of criminal damage to property (less than $1000) at Orange Street.
11:26 p.m. — Kevin Quintana, 25 of Española was arrested on a magistrate court warrant on Trinity Drive.
2:20 p.m. — A 51-year-old Los Alamos man reported to police his car was broken into at 45th Street.
11:54 p.m. — Carl Molleur, 22 of Tierra Amarilla was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated, and refusal to submit to chemical testing at the intersection of Diamond Drive and Sycamore Street.
No time given — Teresa Hampel, 54 of Los Alamos was arrested for battery against a household member in the 100 block of Monte Rey S.
7:40 p.m. — Marina Giorgii, 49 of Los Alamos was arrested for improper handling of fire and not taking reasonable precautions in the 1000 block of Camino Durasnilla.
7:36 p.m. — Justin Salazar, 23, of Ohkay Owingeh was arrested on a magistrate court warrant in Santa Fe. The original charge was for driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. He was stopped at the intersection of Diamond and Sandia Drive 1:13 p.m., Aug. 21 2012.
10:09 a.m. — Jeffery Aslin, 45, of Los Alamos was arrested on a magistrate court warrant at the Los Alamos Justice Center. The original charge was resisting/evading/obstructing an officer and refusing to stop his vehicle on Diamond Drive. The original arrest took place at 8:36 p.m., May 5 2013.
4:28 p.m. — Brandi Vigil 29, of Alcalde was arrested on a district court warrant at the Los Alamos Justice Center. The original charge was conspiracy. The original arrest took place at Grand Canyon Drive, Oct. 18 2013, 11:47 p.m.
6:15 p.m. — A 16-year-old Los Alamos girl was arrested on a district court warrant in Las Cruces. The original charge was committing a fraud, (more than $250, less than $2500) on Encino Road.
9:12 p.m. — Thomas Moore, 22, of Las Cruces, was arrested for aggravated assault at Smith’s Grocery.
