The Los Alamos Police Department uses the term “arrest” to define anyone who has been physically arrested, served a court summons, or issued a citation.
10:07 a.m. — A 71-year-old man told police he was the victim of a larceny over $500 and under $2500.
12:20 a.m. — Iassac Pearson, 40 of Los Alamos was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving with an open container, and possession of drug paraphernalia at the corner of Bikini Atoll Drive and West Jemez Road.
10:46 a.m. — A 59-year-old Los Alamos woman reported vandalism to her property (less than $1000) at the 600 block of Meadow Lane.
3:13 p.m. — Alexander Gentry, 18 of Los Alamos was arrested for criminal trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1300 block of 41st Street.
12:19 a.m. — Jan Smith, 58, of Los Alamos was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving without headlights and not driving properly on a roadway laned for traffic at Bathtub Row.
9 a.m. — Police arrested a 15-year-old Los Alamos teen with possession of drug paraphernalia at 1300 Diamond Drive. He was referred to juvenile law authorities and released to his parents.
4:08 p.m. — A 19-year-old female reported to police that she was the victim of a theft between $250 and $500 in the 1300 block of Diamond.
A 13-year-old juvenile was arrested for unlawfully carrying a deadly weapon to Los Alamos Middle School. Police said he had a pocket knife. He was referred to juvenile law authorities and then released to parents.
