Jan. 12
4 p.m. – Jesus Ruelas, 28, of Los Alamos was arrested by New Mexico State Police on an outstanding warrant from Los Alamos County.
 
Jan. 13
11:45 a.m. – Richard Morse, 75, of Los Alamos was arrested on an outstanding District Court Warrant following a 19-hour standoff with police.

1:48 a.m. – Kyle Medrick, 18, of Los Alamos was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a handgun and the unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon on school premises.

7:34 p.m. – Gerik Przybyski, 20, of Los Alamos was arrested on an outstanding Magistrate Court Warrant.
Jan. 20
4:07 p.m. – Steven Martinez, 44, of Mendanales was arrested at Metzger’s on Central Avenue and charged with shoplifting more than $100 worth of items from Metzger’s and tried to return the items for a refund.
 
Jan. 21
1:53 p.m. – A 42-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone tampered with her vehicle while it was parked on West Road. The estimated damage is unknown.

4:02 p.m. – A 23-year-old Santa Fe man reported that someone embezzled his vehicle at 6th and Rim Road. The estimated loss is unknown.

8:47 p.m. – An 89-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being the victim of larceny of more than $250 on San Ildefonso Road.
Jan. 22
3:13 a.m. – Christian Perea, 18, of Los Alamos was arrested behind the Chevron on Trinity Drive with items he had allegedly taken from the establishment and charged with burglary.

3:13 a.m. – Chevron on Trinity Drive reported criminal damage to its property. The estimated loss is more than $1,000.

Jan. 23
11:48 a.m. – Morning Glory Bakery reported being the victim of graffiti to its building on Diamond Drive. The estimated damage is $400.

12:45 p.m. – A 50-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being the victim of graffiti to her home on 35th Street. The estimated loss is $200.
1:07 p.m. – A 75-year-old Los Alamos man reported being the victim of graffiti to his home on Questa Drive. The estimated loss is $200.

1:15 p.m. – A 36-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being the victim of graffiti to her home on 36th Street. The estimated loss is $200.
Jan. 24
7:44 a.m. – The University of New Mexico at Los Alamos reported being the victim of graffiti to its building on University Drive. The estimated loss is $1,100.

Jan. 25
6:18 a.m. – A 17-year-old Los Alamos girl reported being the victim of unlawful use of a telephone on Diamond Drive.

9:46 a.m. – Los Alamos National Laboratory reported being the victim of larceny at 95 Storax. The estimated loss is more than $2,500.
