The Los Alamos Police Department uses the term “arrest” to define anyone who has been physically arrested, served a court summons, or issued a citation.
4:17 a.m. — Officials at the Los Alamos National Bank reported damage to property (less than $1,000) in the 2000 block of E. Jemez Road.
5:11 p.m. — A 20-year-old Los Alamos man reported to police he was the victim of fraud (less than $100) in the 4900 block of North Sol.
8:16 a.m. — Rusty Mock, 43, of Los Alamos was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass at 41st and Urban Street.
2:38 p.m. — A 50-year-old Los Alamos woman reported to police she had been the victim of a larceny (over $2,500 but less than $20,000) in the 100 block of North Rey Drive.
5:10 p.m. — A 29-year-old Los Alamos woman reported to police she had been the victim of a larceny (less than $250) in the 3700 block of Gold Street.
11:53 p.m. — Preston Evans, 33, of Los Alamos was issued a citation for failing to have the required headlights for his vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and having no car insurance. He was stopped by police while driving along Diamond Drive.
11:23 p.m. — Officials with the Los Alamos National Laboratory told police they were the victims of a larceny (over $250 less than $500) in the 300 block of Mercury Road.
12 p.m. — Police arrested a 14-year-old on a charge of aggravated assault in the 1300 block of Diamond Drive. He was referred to juvenile authorities, police said.
10:20 p.m. — Amy Riehl, 56, of Española, was arrested on charges of careless driving, possession of a controlled substance and driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
