9:57 p.m. – A 20-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of identity theft. The estimated loss is unknown.
1:51 p.m. – Logan Hayden, 18, of Los Alamos was arrested at Pajarito Ski Area on Camp May Road and charged with defrauding an innkeeper for having a falsified ski pass. The estimated damage is less than $2,500.
3:29 p.m. – Gabriel Priestly, 20, of Los Alamos was arrested at Pajarito Ski Area on Camp May Road and charged with defrauding an innkeeper for having a falsified ski pass and also for possession of marijuana. The estimated damage is less than $2,500.
10:45 p.m. – Motel 6 at 2201 Trinity Dr., reported that it was the victim of fraud. The estimated loss is $45.99.
2:19 p.m. – Mari Gaetjens, 46, of Los Alamos was arrested on N.M. 502 and charged with aggravated DWI: Refusal to submit to chemical testing.
3:30 p.m. – A 25-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was battered by a household member on Ridgecrest Avenue.
3:35 p.m. – Monica Duran-Chavez, 25, of Los Alamos was arrested at 315 Ridgecrest Ave., and charged with battery against a household member.
5:21 p.m. – Robert Moore, 55, of Los Alamos was arrested near N.M. 4 and N.M. 502 and charged with aggravated DWI: Blood alcohol of .16 or more and driving with an open container of alcohol.
6:19 p.m. – Paul Martinez, 20, of Los Alamos was charged on Diamond Drive with possession of marijuana and driving without insurance and issued a criminal citation to appear in court.
2:09 p.m. – Marion Loope, 28, of Los Alamos was arrested on Trinity Drive and charged with criminal damage to property. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.
4:39 p.m. – A 35-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was assaulted on San Ildefonso Road by a household member. The matter is under investigation.
5:03 p.m. – A 60-year-old Santa Fe man reported that someone tampered with his vehicle parked on N.M. 4. The estimated loss is unknown.
8:45 p.m. – Elias Pulliam, 21, of Santa Fe was charged at the tennis courts on Canyon Road with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and open container and issued a criminal citation to appear in court.
8:45 p.m. – Michael Helland, 20, and Zakkary Walterscheid, 20, both of Los Alamos were charged at the tennis courts on Canyon Road with having open containers of alcohol and were issued criminal citations to appear in court.
