The Olions Thespian Club is performing Henrik Ibsen’s “An Enemy of the People,” as their fall play this year.
This show is a drama about a man who discovers that the springs at the health institute they have built are poisoning the visitors. In his attempt to prove that the discoveries he has made are true, and that the threats are serious, he realizes that the majority would rather destroy the truth than lose the business that the springs are bringing.
“An Enemy of the People” is a show that makes both actors and audience think throughout the process whether it is truly better to do what is right or do what is popular.
Show times are 7 p.m. every night through Saturday in Duane Smith Auditorium.
