SANTA FE – Gov. Bill Richardson will deliver the keynote address at the National Climate Adaptation Summit in Washington D.C. Wednesday morning.
The summit, hosted by the Obama administration, will address climate adaptation planning and the impacts of climate change.
Richardson intends to travel to Washington D.C. Tuesday and return to New Mexico Thursday morning.
