On July 9, 2007 - Jeremy Bultman pleaded no contest and was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail (80 days suspended), one year probation, community service, alcohol education sessions, and DWI school. Fine/fees: $960.

On July 11, 2007 - Jeri Michelle Naranjo pleaded no contest and was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail (87 days suspended), one year probation, community service, alcohol education sessions, DWI school and an interlock device. Fine/fees: $1070.

On July 1, 2007 - Scott Wilkinson pleaded no contest and was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. On July 12, 2007 - Ryan C. Adams pleaded guilty and was found guilty of being a minor in possession of alcoholic liquor. He was sentenced to four months probation and community service (sentence deferred). Fine/fees: $160.

On July 30, 2007 - Matthew Sterlitz pleaded no contest and was found guilty of being a minor in possession of alcoholic liquor. He was sentenced to 90 days probation, community service, and alcohol education sessions. Fine/fees: $140.

On July 30, 2007 - Jessica Reed pleaded guilty and was found guilty of trespass. She was sentenced to community service. Fine/fees: $140.

On July 30, 2007 - Joshua Bloom pleaded guilty and was found guilty of trespass. He was sentenced to community service. Fine/fees: $140.

On Aug. 1, 2007 - Michelle D. Perry pleaded no contest to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. The court dismissed the case under a plea agreement.

On Aug. 23, 2007 - Monica Cooper pleaded no contest and was found guilty of trespass. She was sentenced to community service. Fine/fees: $40.

On Aug. 29, 2007 - Lindsay Provan pleaded no contest and was found guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail (87 days suspended) and one year probation. Fine/fees: $1010.

On September 19, Katrina R. Vigil pleaded no contest and was found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail (87 days suspended), one year probation, community service, alcohol education sessions, DWI school and an interlock device. Fine/fees: $1070.

On Oct. 29, 2007 - Stacey Strickland pleaded no contest and was found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. Strickland was sentenced to 90 days in jail (87 days suspended), one year probation, community service, alcohol education sessions, DWI school and an interlock device. Fine/fees: $1070.

On Nov. 1, 2007 - Joshua Brown pleaded guilty and was found guilty of shoplifting. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail (25 days suspended) and six months probation. Fine/fees: $40. He also pleaded guilty and was found guilty of resisting or obstructing and officer. He was sentenced to an additional 60 days in jail (30 days suspended). Fine/fees: $195.

On Nov. 19, 2007 - Pierre Seronde pleaded no contest and was found guilty of disturbing the peace. He received a deferred sentence. Fine/fees: $40.

On Dec. 11, 2007 - David Hemsing pleaded guilty and was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail (80 days suspended), one year probation, community service, DWI school, intensive outpatient program and an interlock device. Fine/fees: $1320.

On Dec. 18, 2007 - Stuart B. Kerr pleaded guilty and was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail (80 days suspended), one year probation, community service, DWI school, intensive outpatient program, and an interlock device. Fine/fees: $1070.

On Jan. 2, 2007 - Toby Martinez pleaded guilty and was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail (80 days suspended) and one year probation. Fine/fees: $960.

On Jan. 2, James McAllister pleaded guilty and was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail (80 days suspended), one year probation and community service. Fine/fees: $1320.

On Feb. 13, Christopher Strandy pleaded no contest and was found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail (87 days suspended), one year probation and community service, alcohol education sessions, and DWI school. Fine/fees: $1070.

On Feb. 26, Benjamin Brown Martinez pleaded guilty and was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail (83 days suspended), one year probation and community service, alcohol education sessions, DWI school and an interlock device. Fine/fees: $1070.
