Muni building meetings get updated

Los Alamos County announced a number of updates regarding the public meetings for the new municipal building and the adjacent historic archives, records center.
The Jaynes Corporation, working with their design consultant Studio Southwest Architects, will now present four preliminary site design layouts during the meetings, which will be from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Feb. 23 at the White Rock Town Hall and from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Feb. 24 at Fuller Lodge.  Also, the county Web site, www.losalamosnm.us, will post the draft site plans today. Site plans will be available at the 311 Customer Care Center and public comment will be accepted until 5 p.m. March 8. Comments may be e-mailed to Project Manager and Acting Capital Projects & Facilities Director Dan Erickson at cpfd@lacnm.us or given to the 311 Customer Care Center.
