Mary Elizabeth Rose

MARY ELIZABETH ROSE, 87, passed away in Los Alamos on Nov. 21, 2007, after pneumonia and congestive heart failure. She was preceded in death by her mother and father.

She was born in Bloomington, Ind. on Oct. 14, 1920, to Albert and Mary McIlveen. She married Donald Rose in Bloomington, Ind., in 1952. She received her B.A. from Indiana University. She was a Physics Department office manager at Indiana University. Mary was a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority.A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007, at First United Methodist Church in Los Alamos. Arrangements are under the direction of Berardinelli Family Funeral Service, 1399 Luisa Street, Santa Fe, NM 87505 – 505-984-8600.
