A two-car “glancing collision” at 8:30 a.m. today near Anderson Overlook on the Main Hill Road stalled commuters for about an hour and 20 minutes. Due to possible minor injuries, Los Alamos Fire Department personnel transported the driver of each vehicle to Los Alamos Medical Center as a precaution, said Fire Marshall/Assistant Fire Chief Mike Thompson. The glancing collision occurred when the two cars scraped sides. There were no passengers in either car.
