Los Alamos has got a lot of talent

-A A +A

The United Way of Northern New Mexico Youth Team invites the community to Atomic City’s Got Talent. The night begins at 7 p.m. Saturday at Crossroads Bible Church with music, skits and performances, along with vocalists, a jump rope team, and a dance group.
This year’s event features pianist, Beau Gerard, who made it to the third round of “America’s Got Talent.”  The former Vietnam veteran plays music for healing veterans that have served our country. He plans on auditioning again in December. “I’ve learned a lot and know exactly what I didn’t do and what I need to do this time around,” Gerard said.
Los Alamos’ own Renegade Mountain Band has just released its first album, “Around the Middle” and has volunteered to headline the evening. Find out more about this amazing foursome on the website RenegadeMountainBand.com.
Join us for a night of entertainment, kids 12 and under $8, students and seniors $10, adults $12.
All major credit cards will be accepted. All proceeds are invested in local nonprofits through the United Way Community Action Fund.
Come out, support the youth and the local nonprofits. The event made possible by Zia Credit Union with the support of KRSN-AM 1490 and FM 107.1
