Kenneth Vigil was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11 to 15 mph over the speed limit after a trial. Judge Alan Kirk ordered him to pay $121 in court fees and fines.
June 12
Brian Halladay was found guilty in Municipal Court of having an expired license plate while parked. Kirk ordered him to pay $25 court fees and fines.
June 13
Marcos Ervies-Bojorquez was found guilty in Municipal Court of failure to use a seatbelt and speeding six to 10 mph over the speed limit. He was ordered to pay $192 in court fees and fines.
June 14
Jack Schelebo was found guilty in Municipal Court to speeding 11 to 15 mph over the speed limit and two counts of failure to appear in court or pay court fees. Kirk ordered Schelebo to pay $311 in court fees and fines.
Charges against Jesus Armando-Jaquez for expired registration, failure to show proof of insurance, failure to have a drivers license and three counts of failure to appear in court were dismissed in Municipal Court. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement deported Armando-Jaquez.
June 15
Cort Gautier was found guilty in Municipal Court to having an expired license plate while parked. Kirk ordered Gautier to pay $25 in court fees and fines.
