Bingqi Zhang pleaded guilty in Municipal Court for careless driving leading to an accident. Judge Alan Kirk ordered Zhang to pay a $46 court fee and enroll in a defensive driving school.
Richard Carmen pleaded guilty in Municipal Court for driving without a license and to two counts of failure to appear in court. Kirk ordered Carmen to pay $238 in court fees and fines.
June 5
Steven Montano pleaded guilty in Municipal Court to jaywalking. Kirk ordered him to pay $146 in court fees and fines.
Crystal Torrez Ramos Morales pleaded guilty in Municipal Court to speeding 11 to 15 mph over the speed limit. She paid $121 in court fees and fines.
June 6
Arkady Shehter pleaded guilty in Municipal Court to jaywalking. Kirk ordered Shehter to pay $146 in court fees and fines.
June 7
Gerald Armijo, Española, pleaded guilty in Magistrate Court to having expired vehicle registration. He was initially also charged with providing false evidence of title or registration, but the charge was dismissed. Judge Pat Casados ordered Armijo to 90 days of unsupervised probation and to pay $81 in court fees.
