Noel Meyers pleaded guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court to three charges of failure to appear in court or pay court fees, improper backing leading to an accident and failing to have a valid driver’s license. Judge Alan Kirk ordered Meyers to pay $551 in courts fines and fees.
Tovah Martinez pleaded guilty in municipal court to speeding 16 to 20 mph over the speed limit. Kirk ordered her to pay $146 in court fees and fines.

Jacob Green, Los Alamos, pleaded guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court to two counts of assault as part of a plea agreement.
Green was initially charged with aggravated assault and child abuse. Judge Pat Casados ordered him to unsupervised probation for six months, enter a drug and alcohol screening program and participate in a domestic violence class. He also has to pay $136 in court fees.
Beth Bathrick pleaded guilty to speeding six to 10 mph over the speed limit in a school zone. Kirk ordered her to pay $116 in court fees and fines.
