Jan. 7

John B. Salazar was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of driving 6 to 10 miles over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.

Lori E. Elton was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of driving with an expired registration. She was fined $75 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Alicia Blumenthal was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of driving 16 to 20 miles over the speed limit. She was fined $100 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Jan. 8

Randy Roybal was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of driving 6 to 10 miles over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court fees.

Paulina Peralta pleaded no contest in Los Alamos Municipal Court for driving with an open container in her car. She was fined $100 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Jan. 9

Barbara Grothus, Benjamin Abbott, Cathie L. Sullivan, Pamela Gilchrist, Catherine Euler and Janet Greenwald were found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court for obstructing traffic and refusing to obey an officer. The incident happened Aug. 6, 2012 during an anti-nuclear protest rally held at the intersection of Diamond Drive and West Jemez Road, near the Los Alamos National Laboratory. They were each fined $100 for each charge and ordered to pay a $41 court fee attached to each charge.

Daniel Rodriguez was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 6 to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Robert Martinez was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 16 to 20 miles an hour over the speed limit. He was fined $100 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Catherine Greeff was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 6 to 10 miles over the speed limit. She was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Jan. 11

Marshall M. Sanchez was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of evading mandatory financial responsibility. He was fined $200 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Leanne Arnold was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 11 to 15 miles per hour over the limit. She was fined $75 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Ronald Allen was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of driving without deploying safety belts. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.

Jan. 14

Luis Rojas was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of two counts of failing to appear in court or pay a fine, as well as failing to possess an operators and chauffeurs license. He was fined $200 and ordered to pay $219 in court costs.

Benjamin Gonzalez-Rosete was found guilty in Los Alamos Municipal Court of speeding 6 to 10 miles per hour over the speed limit. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $46 in court costs.
