Zach Lee pitched seven innings of shutout ball Thursday night in Omaha to help the Albuquerque Isotopes to its second straight road win.
Lee gave up just three hits Thursday and the Isotopes garnered enough offense to pick up a 5-0 victory.
Game three of that four-game series against the Storm Chasers is scheduled for tonight. The Isotopes, who went just 2-6 in their recent homestand, have a chance to win their third straight road series if they can earn a victory.
The only hits the Storm Chasers (41-33) managed off Lee, or the other two pitchers that threw, were singles.
On offense, Albuquerque (34-40) got three doubles from Walter Ibarra, while Tim Federowicz went 2-for-5 and drove in three runs.
