League ‘Lunch with a Leader’ Tuesday

Roger Snodgrass, editor of the Los Alamos Monitor, will be the featured guest at the League of Women Voters' Lunch with a Leader program on Tuesday, Dec. 2.

League members and others are welcome to attend the 11:45 a.m. event, held in the Chama Room of the La Vista Restaurant at the Hilltop Best Western Hotel.

Snodgrass will discuss current issues in journalism and the daily deadline at the Monitor. He’ll talk about where the news comes from and how it is selected and focused on local news. How does the Monitor handle controversy? He’ll also share his insight on Los Alamos National Laboratory, which has been his “beat” for eight years. There will be time for questions.
