Music

Lads of Enchantment, a chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society, invites singers to join them in song. Besides the enjoyment of singing in harmony, their barbershop chorus and quartets experience the thrill of performing in the community. They meet at 7:15 p.m. on Thursdays at the United Church of Los Alamos, Graves Hall. Attendees will find their chapter meetings are well planned, musically satisfying and fun. Visitors are welcome.
 
The HillStompers hold weekly rehearsals at 7 p.m. Mondays at the United Church (no drill). Anyone who plays a marching band instrument is welcome, regardless of age or skill level. 661-7646.

Voices of Praise, a Christian choral ensemble for children and youth, ages 5 to 18, invites singers to join them. The director is Jamie Duke, associate pastor, First Baptist Church Los Alamos.  The Assistant Director and accompanist is Greg Smithhisler, liturgist, Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
