At around 4:30 p.m. Monday, a prisoner being held at the Los Alamos Detention Center was rushed to the Los Alamos Medical Center. He was later transferred to the Christus St. Vincent Medical Center in Santa Fe for more testing. As of press time, it is not known what his condition is. According to LAPD Capt. Randy Foster, the prisoner suffered a “medical episode” and fell down in the jail. “... and unfortunately, the floors and walls in the jail aren’t very forgiving,” Foster said.
